Training is necessary for efficient work in teaching profession. The purpose of training is to bring excellence in the profession. Training emphasizes on all round development of specific knowledge, attitude, skills and behavior pattern which an individual requires to perform a job adequately. If we train a teacher, we develop those skills which are needed to him to be a good teacher.
